TestDRIVE

Think you have what it takes to showcase your research in a 3-minute presentation? Interested in competing before a live audience for a total prize purse of $15,000? Partnering with the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME), AUTO21 will host TestDRIVE, an exciting competition for its student researchers.
TestDRIVE is another way for HQP to showcase their research while developing communication and networking skills. Selected candidates will present their research at the CME Thinking Green conference before a panel of expert judges. The competition includes the formal presentation and a question and answer format giving students a chance to demonstrate how their research benefits Canada and is useful to the private and/or public sector.
Prior to the event, candidates will be required to participate in a one-day preparatory session on August 17, 2010. AUTO21 will provide financial assistance for candidates to attend TestDRIVE and its related activities. This quick-paced competition is sure to make you think fast about the future applications of your research.
Applications for the 2010 TestDRIVE competition have now closed.
